WINTER SUBLEASE NEEDED

I am subleasing my apartment in the Arbor Blu apartment building for the winter semester in Ann Arbor! Price is negotiable and photos below are of the building, the apartment space, and shared community areas.

The room features a bathroom connected to the bedroom and a queen-sized bed. There is a large kitchen with an oven, microwave, stove, and fridge, and two fully furnished living rooms with TVs. The apartment building is a 1 minute walk to Ross and central campus. Arbor Blu has multiple study rooms with coffee and snacks, a fully equipped gym, security and a beautiful rooftop with views of Ann Arbor.

There is also an office in the lobby of the building with the nicest staff always there to help and the friendliest maintenance staff. If anything breaks in the apartment, they will fix it free of charge.
