Hello,
I am looking to SUB-LEASE MY 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN WRIGLEYVILLE. I am looking to begin the sub-lease as soon as possible, and the earliest START DATE IS DECEMBER .
I am moving back to my home state due to some family issues, and I am looking to have someone else finish my current lease (END DATE JULY ). You should be able to renew with the management company if you are interested in living here after that.
The location is very nice, there are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, it is very close to Wrigley Field, the lake is only a minute walk, and there is a train stop (Sheridan) 1 minute away from the apartment building.
Pets are allowed.
Rent is .
Wifi and water are included in the rent.
I do intend to move out entirely so it will be UNFURNISHED.
Please message me or reply here and we will schedule a tour and discuss further. I also have photos that I can share. A sub-lease agreement will need to be signed by both of us with the apartment management company, which includes employment/credit check and app fee.
