You will be living with 2 professional working women in their mid s. The apartment boasts high vaulted ceilings and fully equipped galley kitchen with plenty of storage. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and large closet. The building has a washer and dryer on each floor, a pool in the back, and 1 reserved parking spot in secure garage.

Tenants must be OK with cats. There is a very sweet, very lowkey 6mo kitten living on premises named Bs get picked up thrice a week to be babysat. Any additional pets can be considered.

This is a cigarette smoke-free apartment, but the building itself is -friendly. Just be considerate of other tenants and open a window.

We keep a clean and organized apartment and are open to any potential tenants putting up their own art and decorations to add a touch of their personality to the space. The apartment is fully furnished, but if you have any big pieces you want to bring that can be considered (aside from any furniture items in bedroom such as beds, desks, dressers, etc, you’ll have to provide your own)

Currently each bedroom has furniture/items in them, which would be removed according to new tenants choice.
