Looking for a lease takeover!

Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take my lease over at The Seasons apartments. It’s for the bedroom shown in the picture. It’s in a top floor penthouse style apartment with elevator access. They also have a pool/spa, movie theater, computer lab, and gym. The unit also includes a walk in closet, private bathroom, and an in unit washer and dryer. This particular bedroom is on the bottom floor of the unit so no worries about stairs! It’s only $ a month +electricity (for student housing this is the cheapest on the market). It’s also fully furnished!! The month of October is already paid for!! Super affordable and really nice and super close to campus and the mall for students!!
