Need to rent room in Thousand Oaks

Description

I’m a single year old straight male with no kids or pets looking to rent a room in the Greater Thousand Oaks area. I don’t smoke, rarely drink I’m currently working as a technician in the automobile industry & going to school part time. Looking for a decent room, don’t have to be nothing fancy. I have a mattress and desk & a dresser & few other items like golf clubs (yes I do also play golf occasionally) that I will be bringing so I will be needing a room that’s unfurnished.
