You’d be renting the actual bedroom with a private walk in closet.

The roommate is in his mid s, very calm, friendly & well mannered. He has 2 jobs and is hardly home. He is a POC, gay male and is looking for a roommate who is comfortable with sharing space with someone queer, who is clean, respectful of other’s boundaries, space and personal belongings.

Room is available Oct 1st, lease will be transferred to your name.

Utilities(gas, water, electric, trash): $ a month, which is also split in half with roommate.

There are two Ralphs grocery stores that are walking distance at both ends of the street with so many restaurants, shops etc in walking distance.

B line train station is just a min walk away. You also have Runyon Cayon for hiking, which is about mins walking. Along with Target, Starbucks, so much more, great for exploring! ☺️
