We have one room currently available on the second floor. Home is professionally cleaned monthly. Shared kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge. Each bathroom is shared between people. No-hassle with individual code for keypad entry to the house and also the door lock to your room. Close to amenities including public transportation, grocery markets, hospitals, and more. This newly renovated home is available for immediate move-in and can by rented by the week, though many stay for months. Bed pillows, linens, and towels are not included. One person per room, no couples, children, or guests are permitted. Non-smoking home. Rules strictly followed. Our home has 7 bedrooms and bathrooms, is multi-cultural, multi-lingual, and co-ed.

You can stay for as short as long as you'd like in increments of 1 week. Property is professionally cleaned monthly, but members are still required to clean up after themselves. We only allow 1 person per room, and no guests. Parking is available and included. Locking storage closets are available in the basement for a fee. Washer and dryer are available on .
