Hi, I have a room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to the Causeway and I- in Metairie. I'm looking for a 3rd roommate that doesn't have overnight guests, and no couples. One room is already rented, just trying to rent the second bedroom.
I don't allow indoor pets. It's a low crime area. My house is a bath with a large back yard and plenty of parking. The house is fully updated with all modern appliances as well and furniture.
The house is spacious. The room is large enough for a queen size bed currently has a twin bed, dresser, nightstand and is equipped with closet.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check. I'm in no rush, I care more about compatibilities than anything else.


Friday night get together every weekend with many visitors to house.
