I am a quiet divorced father of two that needs to downgrade space wise after the divorce to keep my new budget in mind better. I am working on transitioning careers at the moment, and anticipate working long hours, . I am really just looking for an affordable place to sleep, keep up with the world, and on occasion take a call from my kids and family.
