Hi everyone, my name is Dylan and I’m years old. I’m looking for a roommate (or two) who would be interested in signing an month lease at an apartment within a reasonable distance from USF. I’m excited to begin my Sociology B.A. with a concentration in Identity and Community, and I want to find a living situation that feels welcoming and comfortable. To be upfront, I’m gay and a bit more feminine, so I feel much more at ease living with girls. I’ve always connected better with women and would worry about being teased in a traditional college guys’ apartment. That said, I’m respectful, clean, and friendly, and I value keeping a home that feels organized and cozy. I also have a service animal, Gracey Mae, a -year-old English Springer Spaniel who is ADA-certified. Because she’s a service animal, she is exempt from pet rent, and she’s extremely quiet, gentle, and well-trained. She doesn’t shed much and is very used to being around other animals, so living with a roommate who has a cat or dog wouldn’t be a problem. Ideally, I’d love to live with fellow USF students who are responsible, dependable, and mindful about bills on time, budgeting, and keeping shared spaces clean. I’m open to being friends with my roommate, but I’ll also respect personal boundaries if someone prefers to focus mainly on their studies.
