My lifestyle is quiet and lowkey; I am a nonsmoker, dont throw wild parties, and will always communicate ahead of time if a friend is stopping by. I am also completely petfriendly if you already have furry roommates at home!
Financially, I am highly responsible, reliable with rent. I am looking to move in around 11/23 with a maximum budget of $950 including utilities.
