Hey so were looking for another roommate for a new lease! Perfect location in Delray near Atlantic ave and hwy exits, 10 min to the beach, fau, Boca, easy drive to Ft. Lauderdale and West palm. Would be in a nice 3br apartment and community with lots of amenities.
Live 25 seconds from the pool, with cabanas and fountains, plus 2-story fitness center and yoga terrace, an expansive covered outdoor kitchen, grilling lounge, wet bar with fridges, with a fireplace and extra seating and restrooms. And the clubhouse with another kitchen, pool table, shuffleboard, tvs, restrooms, coworking and study areas with 8 office pods and conference room, open collab space and a mini market. Plus wifi everywhere, and everything always open 24/7! Plus random food trucks, occasionally free catered food and DJs.
Apartment has tall ceilings, new appliances, touchscreen smart fridge, filtered water, dedicated cooler, wd, a sectional and 75” tv with 7.1 atmos sound system. Large bathroom shared with one other person. Multi gigabit internet included and you get your own dedicated gigabit port with 4ms latency for competitive gaming. Electric would be split by 3.
Current roommates are 2 guys, who keep really busy with work a lot (some remote IT) and are easy to get along with, fun, respectful, clean etc. Into working out at the gym, also into music (edm mostly, but if you like hiphop or country thats great too!), and also video games, movies, marvelStar wars, dbz, invincible, bunch of other shows ganja friendly no pets unfortunately, students, professionals welcome, occasional music playing ok, occasional guests ok, and must be clean (like no piles of dirty dishes and pans left in the sink for days) Let me know if any questions and also what youre timeframe is like for moving.
