Looking for roommate

Popis

Hello,
I am looking for a roommate.
The apartment includes a parking space, swimming pool, gym, furnished living room, and many other amenities.
The room is located at Medici Apartments and features a private toilet and bathroom.
As I work, I leave the house early in the morning and return after midnight. I use my room and the apartment solely for sleeping and do not use the kitchen at all. I am not requesting any additional fee for the rent; the rent will be shared equally.
You will not experience any issues regarding guests or pets.
The apartment is available for movein. Please message me if you would like further information.
