Private Room

Popis

I am looking for a roommate to take the private bedroom in 2 bed / 1 bath apartment starting in November (11/01) - Rent: $1000/month + utilities (Wifi & Electricity)
- No pets & No Smoking - Furnished common areas
- Shared laundry in the building
- Free on site parking - Prime location near I-295 and plenty of restaurants Looking for someone responsible and respectful and keeps shared spaces clean, is mindful of others, and pays rent on time. If that sounds like a good fit, lets connect to chat or schedule a time to see the place.
