Looking for a sublease!
Hey guys! I am looking for a guy to take over my lease at our appartment at 701 south Main Street
Normal, at the flats that runs until May 2027. I'll be out of the country come December so it can be available from then or even from November 1st depending on your needs.
Rent is $799 + utilities and it's a 4 bath 4 bedroom apartment so 3 other roommates and it's got an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, wifi and parking is available. My roommates are pretty relaxed and super nice as well and we do have a small dog. Its a 1 minute walk to campus and you can reach out to me if interested
