20NB for Room(mate/s) on East Coast

Popis

My name is Phoenix— I am a 20 year old part-time professional currently living in Virginia. I spend most of my time outside of work exploring urban life or comfortably set up in bed to binge shows/movies while engaging in any of many hobbies. I'm friendly and love to chat, though do appreciate alone time occasionally and tend to be in bed or winding down for the night by 11pm. I'm an openly queer person, 420 friendly, alcohol friendly, child friendly, pet friendly; all I ask is we are both respected. I'd appreciate a private bathroom but know the chances with my budget are low, but that information is there. I'd love to chat even if it's as working together to find a place, so don't be afraid to do so!!
