House Share in Denton, TX!

Popis

Furnished female-friendly, private room in Denton, TX! Ideal for someone looking for a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The house is very centrally located. Right off University Drive, it's 5 minutes from TWU and it's only 10 minutes away from UNT and Golden Triangle Mall. It is a 2 story building with big rooms, plenty of storage and a HUGE backyard. It's right by a park (within walking distance) and close to Loop 288. Super easy street (and garage parking available upon request). Monthly rate is usually $800. HOWEVER, I'm offering a discounted rent of $700 per month for anyone who wants to be a house manager. I'm looking for someone who is clean, communicative and comfortable with meeting repair people. DM me to discuss and possibly set up a tour! Note: Price includes everything — water, gas, utilities, electricity, wifi, etc. I am the owner and used to live in the house, but now I generally rent the rooms.
