Room for Rent – $850/month – Utilities Included Looking for a responsible, mature, easygoing roommate to share a comfortable 2nd-floor apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Male or female welcome. LOCATION / TRANSPORTATION One of the biggest advantages is the location: • Blue Line only about 2 blocks away — easy access to O’Hare and downtown
• Montrose and Irving Park bus lines nearby
• Easy street parking The location is especially convenient for anyone working at O’Hare, so pilots and flight attendants are certainly welcome, but we're mainly looking for the right roommate. THE ROOM & APARTMENT • $850/month • Gas, electric & internet included • Bedroom approximately 7' × 10' • Can be furnished or unfurnished • Shared bathroom • Front porch & good-sized backyard • Long-term roommate preferred ABOUT US We're two laid-back, responsible guys with our own schedules and lives. We enjoy staying active, relaxing at home and having a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. We're both sports fans and enjoy watching games together—especially baseball, and we're psyched for the playoffs. A fellow sports fan would fit right in, but certainly isn't required. WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT? We're looking for someone mature, established and at a similar stage of life who appreciates a peaceful, respectful household. Ideally you're financially stable, responsible, clean, considerate of shared spaces, a good communicator and easygoing. If interested, tell us a little about yourself: What do you do for work? When are you looking to move in? How long are you hoping to stay? What's your typical work schedule? When can you see the apartment? Do you have pets? What are you looking for in a roommate situation? $850 with utilities included, Blue Line and buses nearby, easy parking, and a safe, quiet neighborhood.
