$950 room available

Popis

I have an unfurnished room in Atlantic beach available. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhouse. The rent is $950 with a $400 deposit, less than 5 min drive to the beach. Separate bathroom that is shared by my clients when I work from home (not super often) I do have 2 fluffy mainecoons so you can’t be allergic to cats! And NO additional pets allowed. Fenced in backyard with a shed that has lots of room for anything that needs to be stored. The room is available immediately. Looking for females only. The room is freshly painted and the bathroom was just redone as well! Tile flooring through entire house. Quiet neighborhood. About me: I work a normal 9-5 job, I also own a business and take clients from home as an esthetician, professional, clean, non partier/drinker. Please message me if you or someone you know is interested!
