Hi!
I have a furnished room available in my 2 bed/2 bath condo off Baymeadows & Southside.
The home is modern, fully renovated and the community has a pool and tennis courts. The room is $1,000/month, and that includes all utilities +internet.! Linens such as towels, bedding, and sheets are provided. I have cats, so being comfortable with them is a must!
Female roommate only
I'm a 37-year-old social worker that helps child and families in the child welfare system. I'm laid-back, respectful, and easygoing.
