🏡 San Antonio Tx - I have two bedrooms available for rent in my four-bedroom home on the west side of San Antonio, near Ingram Rd. and Hunt Lane. I’m looking for two people to share the home with, which will still leave one bedroom available as a guest room for out-of-town visitors. The house is located in a nice, quiet, clean neighborhood just blocks from SeaWorld, with easy access to Loop 410 and Hwy 151. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences are all nearby. The home is fully furnished, with the exception of the available bedrooms. Bedroom furnishings can be arranged if needed. No extra cost Rent is $825 per room/month and includes: • Electricity • Water • cable/TV • High-speed Wi-Fi • Home security system • Full on- laundry facilities • Use of the furnished common areas I’m looking for responsible, hard-working roommates who have a stable schedule and lifestyle. Traveling nurses and other traveling professionals are absolutely welcome and encouraged to reach out. This is a relaxed household, but not a party house. No hard drugs, and I’m not looking for anyone who is into heavy partying.
