I am looking to sign a lease as soon as possible with another roommate. Please reach out and tell me about yourself. I am 26 and sober so I prefer no big partiers, but I don’t care if you drink around me or have alcohol around.

Smoking allowed if you blow it out the window and no cigarettes in the house. Vapes are fine in the house, just don’t blow it in my cats’ faces.

I have 3 cats who are well behaved, but they do scratch. I do have some furniture and a large TV, but I’d buy a couch. Furniture items welcome.
