Room Available in Fantasy House
Come join our 8-person group house! The owner also offers a once per week free group meal. Location:
Beaverton, Oregon, 173rd & Walker Your Room:
11’8”x9’10” with 7’x2’ closet. Total square footage: 129’. You will use the shared bathroom with another roommate. That bathroom is separated into separate vanity, shower, and toilet rooms. This room is cheaper because it’s a requirement that members of the house be able to access the circuit breaker box, which is in that room, at a moment’s notice. Expenses:
Deposit required: $800.
Rent required: $800/month single person,
Split utilities: Generally $70/month (seasonal dependent) for electric, gas, internet, water, sewer, garbage, if we have all 8 people in the house to split the utilities.
Penalty for beyond 2 weeks late rent: $75.
Eviction if more than 2 months late.
We use splitwise to handle rent/utilities. Lease Term:
6 month lease, then drops into month-to-month. We all interview potential housemates, and want to spend that time on someone that fits for longer term than just a couple of months - we want a friend. At the same time, we are aware that sometimes personalities unforseeably clash, and don't want you locked into a miserable year. About Us:

We are specifically NOT looking for someone who spends all their time in their room. We are looking for people who want to hang out in the common space and interact with housemates. We are looking for people who will cook/eat/read/etc in the common space and be open to chance conversations when people walk in.
