Nice 1 Bedroom in Boca Townhouse

Popis

Nice bedroom in a 3-bedroom Boca Raton townhouse — centrally located, 3 miles from I-95 and 3 miles from the Turnpike. Its just you and me living here (plus my small, quiet old dog who doesnt bark). Im a quiet, neat, cleanliving person — no drinking, smoking, or drugs — relaxed, friendly, and considerate. I go to church on Sundays and dont have many visitors. Im looking for someone equally kind, clean, and considerate who wants a peaceful place to live. The townhouse is 2,500 square feet (about twice the size of most apartments), with a bright, open living room featuring 20-foot ceilings, lots of windows, and lake views. Theres a $5,000 massage chair and a movie screen in the living room, though I mostly stick to my room or office. Your room is 10' x 12', unfurnished, large enough for a queen bed, dresser, and desk, with a private full bathroom (shower and tub) and two closets — one in the room, one just outside it. The middle bedroom between us is used as an office (no one lives in it), so theres good distance and a long hallway between our rooms for extra privacy and quiet. Additional features: Nice kitchen, 4-car driveway plus a 2-car garage, and close proximity to Whole Foods, shopping, and restaurants. If youre looking for a safe, clean, quiet home with a considerate roommate, this could be a great fit. Just ask Dave
