Looking to take over a lease with others or search with others bed with | Move in before Nov 1 | ~$2,400 Hey everyone, I’m Austin, 24M, work in finance near Grand Central. Currently in office a couple days a week. Looking for a room in an existing apartment or 1-3 people to apartment hunt with for a 3-4 bed. Move-in anywhere from Oct 1 to Nov 1. Budget is around $2,400 for my share, a little flexible for the right place. Looking at East Village, Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Gramercy, or Hell’s Kitchen, also open to Williamsburg or LIC. Coed is fine. About me: I climb and go to the gym most days, like going out on weekends, pretty low key during the week. Clean, respectful of shared space, have lived with roommates before. I have two cats, Tom and Jerry. Both are chill, well behaved, so this only works if you’re good with cats. DM me on
