Looking for empowered roommates in a shared housing opportunity. I have available several rooms in a lovely 5-bedroom home in Richmond Ca. The space is recently renovated, clean, nice back yard with an awesome lemon tree, street parking, Laundry on, safe area. Located near the Buddhist temple in Richmond Ca. Looking for preferably female housemates with the goal of having an all-female home and safe space. Ideally looking for artsy, queer identifying and nature-oriented people to hold a nurturing and enjoyable home space. No drinking or smoking preferred. There are 2 refrigerators in the kitchen, 1.5 baths, currently have 3 (semi furnished basically just a bed and maybe a chair)rooms available. Rooms are 990$ (that includes the utilities). Please inquire if you are interested in more details. I myself am managing the home, and am living in the master bedroom. I am a female artist, I’m 35, have spent years traveling as well as in the burning man and art adjacent communities. I highly value respectful, high integrity and creative people. I really love plants, ponds, art, creativity, nature and conscious communication and maturity. If you’re interested in showings of the space I am scheduling showings and will be reviewing applicants and potentials. The rooms require a 1st and last rent, and are on a month to month basis. 35$ application /background check through Zillow will be a requirement. Have multiple rooms available for short 2 month stay.
