Rooms for Rent – $600/month per room, Utilities Included

Two rooms are currently available in a conveniently located Pensacola home, approximately 15 minutes from both Downtown Pensacola and the Cordova area.

Each room is $600/month, with all utilities included—water, sanitation, electricity, and internet. I am open to renting one room or both rooms, depending on your needs, whether that is one individual or two people.

Each room also has its own perk:

Room 1: Option to have an Ethernet cable connection set up for reliable wired internet access.
Room 2: Private en-suite half bathroom with its own toilet and vanity.

Shared amenities include a refrigerator, deep freezer, washer, and dryer, all available for roommate use.

A lease agreement will be required, with flexibility regarding the length of the lease. I am open to discussing terms such as 6 months, through the end of the year, longer-term arrangements, or other options depending on everyone's needs. All renters must be 21 or older, and a background check and credit check will be required before signing a lease.
