Hey everyone! Michael here!
If anyone is looking for a room for the end of October into November, I am leaving my current place in November on the first, that is in Bellevue! My roomie I have been with for 6 years, he is in need of a roommate! We have a great landlord and she is always so awesome and understanding!
My roommate is a great guy, pays his bills on time! He works in healthcare and works long hours. He really keeps to himself but is a good communicator! We really need to find a roomie for him by the middle of October! Let us know! Security deposit of 870+ first month rent to move in!
Rent is 870 plus a half of electric and WiFi usually about 100 dollars so 970 total, it does fluctuate in the winter months sometimes because we are an end unit, but it’s manageable. New hvac was just put in, there is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, washer and dryer included, decent kitchen! It’s a great spot about 15-20 minutes from downtown! Dm me if you are interested and landlord doesn’t allow pets, I’m so sorry!
