I’m looking for a female roommate between the ages of 21–35 to share my home. A little about the space: The bedrooms are on the smaller side, but if you have extra belongings, we can definitely find additional storage space in the house. Washer and dryer are available in the basement. Common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) are shared. Costs: * Utilities typically range from around $80 in the warmer months to up to about $500 total in the winter due to electric heat. Utilities are split evenly.
* Wi-Fi is $110/month and is also split.
* At most, total cost would be about $1,055 A little about me: I’m a nail technician, i work from 9am to 8:30pm the latest. My boyfriend stays over a few nights each week, and I also spend a few nights at his place, so there will likely be times when you have the house to yourself. I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. No pets, please, as there are already two cats living in the home.
