I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. It’s 4 bed 4 bath, guys only. The building is Liv+ so it’s very close to UTA campus and comes furnished. The term would be August 2026 to July 2027. I will also leave a few things behind(if you want them), like full length mirror, standing lamp, etc
