Private Room for Rent – $500/Month (Month-to-Month) I’m looking for one responsible roommate to rent an unfurnished private room in my townhome. The room is available immediately. Rent & Move-In • Rent: $500/month
• Security Deposit: $500
• Move-In Cost: $1,000 total (first month’s rent + deposit)
• Rent is due on the 1st of each month (no later than the 2nd). Utilities • Electricity and Wi-Fi are split equally.
• Please be mindful of electricity usage, especially during warmer months, as higher usage will increase the bill. House Rules • 420-friendly (we do smoke inside the home). If you’re sensitive to the smell of cannabis, this may not be the right fit.
• No guests.
• No couples.
• No pets. I have a friendly Shih Tzu, so I’m not able to accommodate additional pets.
• Looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful, communicative, pays rent on time, and is easy to live with. Home Features • Shared bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs).
• Street parking available.
• Laundry facilities are located within the apartment complex.
• Conveniently located across from grocery stores, fast food, and retail shopping, and less than 3 miles from Mooney Boulevard. Requirements • Valid photo ID.
• Proof of income. A little about me: I’m a 24-year-old female who works and goes to school. I have a girlfriend we live together and our friendly Shih Tzu. We’re looking for a respectful roommate who will help maintain a clean, comfortable, and positive living environment.
