Room for Rent – 3 Bed / 2 Bath House | Oakdale, MN We’re looking for a third roommate to join our home in Oakdale! Ideally, we’re looking for someone around 26–30 years old who’s responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with. The House * Private bedroom
* Shared bathroom (with one roommate)
* Rent: $850–900/month
* Convenient Oakdale location with easy access to shopping and major highways Current Household There are two working professionals in the house: * One manages a local automotive repair shop and is away during the workday.
* The other works remotely in IT from home. We also have a very friendly 2-year-old Springer Spaniel who absolutely loves meeting new people, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs. A Little About Us We’re pretty laid-back and enjoy spending time outdoors and staying busy. Some of our shared hobbies include: * Working on cars and small garage projects * Camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities
* Cooking great meals
* Hanging out around the house or grilling on the weekends We’re looking for someone who’s clean, respectful, communicates well, and enjoys living in a relaxed, drama-free home. Requirements * Verifiable income of at least 3× the monthly rent
