38F Seeking Room to Rent – North Suffolk Area I'm a 38-year-old professional looking for a clean, quiet room to rent in the North Suffolk area as I start a new job. I'll be commuting back and forth to my home near Richmond, so I'm looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to stay during the workweek. I'm looking for: Private bedroom Access to a clean bathroom (private or shared) Shared common areas Laundry access Reliable internet Air conditioning Because of allergies, I'd strongly prefer a home without furry pets (cats, dogs, rabbits, etc.), but reptiles and birds are absolutely fine. I'm open to roommates of any gender. I'm respectful, clean, and easy to live with. As an added bonus, I'd be happy to contribute toward groceries if you enjoy cooking dinner, though that's completely optional. If you have a room available or know of one, I'd love to hear from you.
