Hello! I am looking for a female roommate to split rent with for a 2b/2b condo at One Montreal Place. It’s $800 a month per person, WiFi is $15 per month and utilities are $30-40 per month. It’s 11 minutes away from UH and a 7 minute drive to the Texas Medical Center. Minimum lease of 1 year. Things included are: Fully furnished living room with TV and sofa • Bed frames, closets, and desks in both bedrooms • Full kitchen with dishwasher • Brand-new refrigerator and AC unit • In-unit washer and dryer • Dedicated parking spot included • Free guest parking • Community pool access • Gated community with security • Quiet and safe neighborhood We may be eligible for a student discounted rate with landlord approval as well.
