Clean quiet room with a pool

Popis

Quiet room with clean kitchen and bath. Shared space is furnished as well as room, comfy bed, private closet, ac, streaming, patio, wifi, off street parking, grill and storage. I do own one cat. I am looking for someone who is clean, works a steady job, and has goals. I am looking for someone who wants to stay a year at least and is willing to take care of my cat when I travel, which isn't much. I'm looking for one roommate, no pets, and no kids. Looking for someone in school or is traveling for work.
