Hey Baylor Girls!! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ASAP at a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse, you would get your bedroom and bathroom and would have 2 super sweet female roommates. The place is walking distance to Baylor and is surrounded by tons of other student houses. You are able to bring 1 car and the rent is $750 per month with a $15 water fee (no other utilities included) and unfurnished. The lease starts on July 15, 2026 and ends on July 20, 2027.
