Hi! I’m a 25 year old professional starting a full time job in New York this July, and I’m looking for a private room in Manhattan with an August move in. My budget is up to $1,500/month. I’m clean, respectful, organized and easy to get along with. I enjoy a calm, comfortable home where everyone respects each other’s space. I always clean up after myself, pay rent on time and communicate openly with roommates. I’m open to living with people from different backgrounds and would love to share a home with roommates who are friendly, considerate and responsible.
