Looking for a Suitemate

Hello! I am looking for a 1b/1b with or without a suitmate in Washington Heights near the A/C/1. I'd like to move in during the last week of August 2026. My max budget is 2,000. It would be great if we had a laundry mat and a full kitchen in the apartment/building. I am a graduate student and am looking for a quiet, neat, and productive roommate with a similar schedule to mine. I will be up early weekdays to attend class and sleep in till around mid-morning on weekends. I tend to be in bed by 9/10 pm unless I have a school/club event, but I'd let you know. I do not wish to live with pets. Typically, I do not have people over or parties, but when I do, I'd let you know well in advance - I'd appreciate it if you could do the same. I am a very hygienic person - I'd like us to clean dishes/kitchen right after use, and typically clean my room and shared spaces weekly. We can set a schedule to alternate cleaning shared spaces, take out the trash, etc. I do not wish to share a space with someone who smokes. I do not mind becoming friends, but I am more introverted at home. On a social note, I enjoy meal prepping on the weekend, watching a late-night movie, and staying in on Sundays.
