Hey everyone, I am moving from Solihull (UK) to Sydney in mid August on a Working Holiday, looking for a permanent place at the start of September. I am a Chartered Commercial Real Estate Surveyor looking for work in the CBD on my arrival. I wanted to reach out to make some new connections of a similar nature and anyone who may have a room available or searching for a place like me. My preference is to be in Bondi but would be happy anywhere in the Eastern suburbs that is close to the beach and accessible to the CBD. I'm really into my health and fitness including running, gym, football, tennis, padel etc. but also enjoy socializing over a beer (schooner) of a weekend. I would love to live with other working professionals of a relatively similar age who are also tidy and respectful but also enjoy a good balance of socializing and their own space.
