Subletting Large Sunny Room in Brooklyn for July (Flexible Dates) I'm subletting my spacious furnished room in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, for the month of July. Flexible move in and move out dates available. The apartment is located just two blocks from the Church Ave Q/B station, with an easy 20 minute commute to Manhattan. You'll be sharing the apartment with my lovely roommate, who is respectful, quiet, and exceptionally clean.
