**QUEER/TRANS FRIENDLY** **LEASE STARTS EARLY AUGUST** Looking for a roommate (or couple) to take over in a 2bed 1bath in a lovely quad near Santa Fe. Comes with a fully loaded kitchen, spacious common areas, and a garage for storage. Laundry machines in the garage. If you are bringing a partner, there is plenty of space for the three of us to cohabitate comfortably. The space is fully furnished except for your bed, which I can help you find if you’d like. Your room was previously used as an extra space, so I will help you rearrange the space as needed to make you at home. TWO CATS LIVE HERE. They are freaking awesome dudes who keep each other company (VERY PLAYFUL) and love to get to know new people. If you’re bringing a cat, I can guarantee that they’ll accept a new playful, outgoing mate. If you’re bringing a reticent cat or multiple cats, we can talk about it though there should be plenty of room for all to have their own space. If you’re bringing a dog, let’s talk. There’s a balcony with a BREATHTAKING view of the forest out back I play music (guitar and bass) and think it would be awesome if another musician lived here. I only play at reasonable hours and the neighbors are totally chill about it (DRUMMERS???). I smoke, usually grass inside and cigs outside so the place doesn’t smell ciggy. We can make arrangements and set appropriate spaces for such to make everyone comfortable as needed. I don’t do any other drugs, though I don’t really trip if you gotta do your thing. ABOUT ME: I am a laidback, quiet, queerish 30 year old guy guy who loves music, sports, and cute things (all of which are apparent from the moment you enter the space). What I lack in social stats, I make up for in patience and willingness to collaborate towards a shared goal of peace and harmony.
