Looking for 1,100 + utilities, available 7/1 Currently there’s only one other roommate — a 28-year-old male who works full time. He’s super quiet, keeps to himself, and the house stays very chill. I’m only planning to rent out one room, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. You’re also welcome to use one of the 2 open rooms as an office, storage, game room or whatever you’d like.
