Roomies or single bed&bath

Looking for roommates Hello! I’m looking for roommates to rent a house or a 1 bed 1 bath. in west Phoenix area (Glendale, Tolleson, Laveen). Fine with renting unfurnished or furnished. My budget is $800 with utilities. I do have two medium sized dogs, both are create trained but they can live outside if that is an issue. They spend most of the time outside except for when it’s extremely hot, I put them in and they just lay around the house or in their creates. They are house trained. I work full time, no kids just my dogs, I can move any time. I’m very clean, respectful and easy going.
