Access to kitchen for refrigerator and microwave, pantry space and quick / very light cooking. Plenty of street parking. The room is furnished with a queen bed, desk, chair, t.v. console and bedside tables if needed. $50 monthly cleaning fee. If desired, there is private driveway parking available for an extra fee.
