Hey there! Thanks for checking out our furnished master bedroom that will be available to sub as early as May 20. The apartment is a three bedroom apartment, and we all love living here. The Roommate moving out just decided it’s time to venture out on his own, so here we are. The room is fully furnished with a bedframe, mattress, dresser, desk, chair, and cabinet already in the room. I would prefer to keep it furnished, but if you’re looking for more of a clean slate, that may be an option. The room also includes a private bathroom with shower, and full sink and vanity area. The apartment has a spacious, shared kitchen and living room area, with communal TV. Also includes a beautiful courtyard and community sun deck. Located in the heart of Santa Monica, the beach is just 1 mile away and buses to SMC, UCLA, downtown LA, run one block away. Grocery stores are within two blocks, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are less than a mile away, and there is a target less than a few blocks away as well. We are less than a mile from 3rd St., promenade. Street parking is by permit only, but the room does include a parking permit. Laundry units are on, and there is a gym on the premises, if you would like to add that for an extra fee each month, but there is no requirement to do so. Current roommates, both work from home, and we mostly keep to ourselves, but we’re both very easy to get along with. We will randomly go out for drinks or host a small game night together from time to time. Hoping to find someone who is respectful, professional, and friendly. We are able to go month-to-month, but would love to find someone that plans to stay for the foreseeable future, but the lease would only be month-to-month.
