Furnished room in travelers rest private 1/2 bath with shared shower. You will be rooming with a professional male that is quiet and does not have company over. I respect a peaceful living space and have 0 tolerance for drama/confusion. Looking for the same qualities in a roommate. Prefer someone around my age but younger renters are ok as long as you are mature and quiet indoors. Rent includes all utilities. Will be subject to background screen and refundable deposit.
