Great area for commuters, 7 min to Salinas, 20 mins to Marina, 20 min to Watsonville) Room is furnished 😊.. Queen bed, dresser, desk and it has a big closet. And its OWN BATHROOM House is occupied by young but mature single females. We are looking for 1 FEMALE housemate 🙋🏻♀️ with a similar lifestyle (works/studies/or both).
