Hi, my name is Riley and I’m 22 years old. I am looking for someone to sell my lease to, ideally starting June 1. It’s an apartment at Alpine Village. The monthly rent is $740 including utilities. The apartment complex has a pool, hot tub, lounge, and weight room. It is in a very convenient location, near BYU campus, Target, and many restaurants.
