Room in NOHO looking for roommate

I am a twitch streamer and I have a big dog! Looking for a fun or chill roommate. 420 friendly. You’d get the hallway bathroom unshared by me or my friends! You can have people over I’m cool w that! Play loud music during normal hours cool w me also. The building used to enforce noise complaints a lot but I think those days are long over. (Hence me being a streamer) street parking, a/c unit in living room - electricity is FIXED every month! Water is included in rent, internet is like 60, I use a lot of it! We have a pool outside! Any other questions please ask! I have to take some good pictures, we’re getting the carpets cleaned in the bedrooms soon, and the whole place will be cleaned professionally before move in. Right now my studio is in the real living room, and the living room is in one of the bedrooms. Any thing else lemme know!!!! On side laundry as well! The room is practically next door
