Summer Sublease Available at The Knoll at Dinkytown! Looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay this summer? I’m subleasing my fully furnished two-room apartment at The Knoll at Dinkytown from May/June through the end of July, with the option to renew into the next school year. The lease is $899/month.
